GENERAL DISCLAMER
The first aim of EntropiaBay is to help the EntropiaUniverse players to privately trade virtual items and PED inside the EntropiaUniverse virtual world. Moreover it can help to exchange EntropiaUniverse related services with PED.
EntropiaBay will never support, suggest, or accept transactions that are not EntropiaUniverse related. We will never support, suggest, or accept exchange of real money with EntropiaUniverse items and PED or exchange of virtual items or PED with real items and/or real money, in compliance with the EULA.
All the transactions present in EntropiaBay must be finalized inside the Entropia Universe virtual world, using the validated private trade feature present in the game.
We don t suggest or claim that EntropiaBay is a validated Entropia Universe tool. All the transactions present in EntropiaBay must be considerate like a private accord between EntropiaBay users only.
According with the Entropia Universe EULA , EntropiaBay don t use any computer code, text, graphic, audio files, logos, button icons, images, characters, items, concept, data compilation and software of Entropia Universe. EntropiaBay recognize to MindArk the ownership and all copyright of such features. EntropiaBay can use some words common of many virtual world like armors, weapons, ghost, estate, services etcetc that are present in Entropia Universe too. Also in this case EntropiaBay recognize to MindArk the ownership and all copyright of such features. EntropiaBay will not try in any case directaly or indirectly to use them in order to generate revenue.

RULES
There are rules that all EntropiaBay members need to know and follow. These rules are created to protect you and to keep EntropiaBay a safe place for buyers and sellers. We strongly suggest reading these rules before joining EntropiaBay.
MEMBERSHIP
You must be 18 years of age or older to gain membership to and use EntropiaBay.
A User ID is the unique name that members use to identify themselves on EntropiaBay. User IDs may not be profane or obscene and must not violate any EntropiaBay guidelines. Furthermore, User IDs may not be, or represent an email address or Web address (URL).
The ID and password used for EntropiaBay MUST BE DIFFERENT than the ID and password of EntropiaUniverse game, and in general must be exclusive and specific for EntropiaBay only.
You may NOT have more than one account on EntropiaBay. If multiple accounts are discovered, all the accounts will be permanently banned.
Falsifying or omitting contact information such as the avatar’s name and society, a valid email, etc. when registering on EntropiaBay is not permitted. If you believe an EntropiaBay member is using false contact information, please report it using the contact us link at the bottom of each page.
A member’s account must always have a valid, working email address so the user can be contacted by other EntropiaBay members and by EntropiaBay. Members must ensure their account is valid and working.
A person suspended from EntropiaBay loses all membership privileges. A suspended individual is not permitted to participate on the EntropiaBay site using any existing account or to register new accounts with EntropiaBay. A suspension from EntropiaBay may be for a fixed or indefinite length of time, or may be permanent. Suspensions remain in effect until removed by EntropiaBay.
You may NOT impersonate other EntropiaUniverse players, EntropiaBay admins or moderators, or MindArk Staff. Also, you may not use an intentionally misleading member name, such as "Official Entropia Reporter" or similar.
ETIQUETTE
EntropiaBay members cannot infringe on EntropiaBay’s intellectual property.
EntropiaBay members cannot interfere with the EntropiaBay website.
Interference or attempted interference with EntropiaBay's site and/or operations using any software program, routine or activity is a serious offense and is not permitted.
EntropiaBay members cannot misuse the EntropiaBay email forwarding system or send unsolicited email (spam) or email threats to other members.
Personal attacks, insults, rudeness, racism, name calling or unnecessarily inflammatory sentences will not be tolerated and they will be edited or deleted by the admins. This also applies to threats of bodily harm, injury, or assault (either direct or implied).
Any criticism of EntropiaBay rules is not allowed within public areas. The "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page contains all the necessary emails to inform us about your opinion.
Foul language is not permitted.
Real world politics, nationalism, religion, war, cannot be discussed on EntropiaBay.
Posting personal real world information about a member, administrator or moderator is prohibited and can result in a permanent ban.
Accusations of "scamming" that target specific EntropiaUniverse avatars or EntropiaBay members are not allowed and should not be debated in the public.
EntropiaBay is an English-only service (at this moment). All the sale information must be written in English. This includes all publicly viewable sections of the website.
AUCTION RULES
Sales for others games or MMORPGs items other than EntropiaUniverse are not allowed. Naming, making reference to, or linking to games or game websites other than EntropiaUniverse is prohibited.
If you have items listed in the EntropiaUniverse auction system, you are not allowed to create a sale on EntropiaBay.
Please try to make your sale rules and procedures simple and clear. Fields like: Generally online between (MA time); Instant chat software and Shop location (If necessary) were created to aid you in your sale.
All prices must be expressed in PEDs.
Buyers cannot bid without any serious intention of buying, buyers cannot misuse the bid retraction option to manipulate the bidding process.
Buyers cannot bid on or buy an item when they do not meet the seller’s terms as outlined in the item listing, nor bid or buy with the intention of disrupting a listing.
Buyers cannot engage in shill bidding to artificially increase an item’s price or apparent desirability.
Bidders on an item must be wholly independent from the seller of that item.
Both buyers and sellers cannot interfere with a transaction, nor offer to buy or sell listed items outside of the EntropiaBay site.
Every seller must know and follow the rules of EntropiaBay.
Every seller has automatically accepted the rules of EntropiaBay.
Sellers must honor the transaction contract.
Sellers must not bid on their own item or have family members, roommates or employees bid on their item.
Offers to buy or sell listed items outside of the EntropiaBay site are not permitted. If you receive any spam (unsolicited commercial messages) through email or chat software that includes offers to buy or sell outside EntropiaBay, please report this using the contact us link.
Emails, chat logs, private messages or comments received from another member are private and are to remain private.
Any sale, post, signature or publicly viewable content that clearly violates the EntropiaUniverse EULA will be deleted, and may result in a permanent ban from the website. This rule includes such things as the sale of avatars, attempts to exploit a weakness in the client software and/or EntropiaUniverse servers, or defamation of Mindark, its representatives and/or EntropiaUniverse.
FEEDBACK
Feedback is a valuable indicator of a buyer’s or seller's reputation on EntropiaBay. Your Feedback Profile includes comments from your transaction partners.
As an EntropiaBay member, you should use caution and good judgment when leaving Feedback for another member. What you write will be a permanent part of that member’s record on EntropiaBay.
EntropiaBay's Feedback-related policies are designed to encourage open and honest trading. However, to ensure that Feedback is used properly and not abused, EntropiaBay has some basic rules that must be followed.
Members cannot undermine the Feedback system using practices such as:
• Feedback Extortion
• Feedback Manipulation
• Feedback in Seller Terms and Conditions

IMAGES AVATARS AND SIGNATURES
Pornography or sexually explicit material is not allowed on EntropiaBay. Obscene images, pornography, or offensive text related to gender, race, religion or sexual orientation, as well as any other imagery or language that the staff deems as inappropriate will be deleted. This rule also applies to avatar and profile images, as well as signatures.
IMAGES UPLOAD IN OFFER, STORE AND BANNER
Entropiabay is not responsible for the images uploaded by users in their offers, stores, and banners. The users and the users only, will responsible for the copyright issues and any other problems that arise.
NOTES
EntropiaBay administrators reserve the right to take any actions deemed appropriate to ensure that the website is not disrupted or abused in any way and that any of its members are not harassed.
EntropiaBay administrators also reserve the right to remove offensive auction and sales without notice, restrict the permissions of a member or his/her ability to access the site, and to ban anyone who violates the rules as defined here. Any auction/posts/user accounts that violate any of the above rules may be deleted or modified without notice.
EntropiaBay administrators reserve the right to modify and/or expand the official rules of this website. We encourage you to periodically visit this page to be aware the latest rules.
The EntropiaBay administrators shall be the sole arbitrators of what does and does not violate EntropiaBay community standards.
The more general right to refuse access, ban a user, block an IP address, or otherwise restrict the functionality of EntropiaBay services in any way is reserved for the EntropiaBay administrators only.
The decisions of the EntropiaBay administrators are final.
Violation of EntropiaBay’s rules may result in a range of actions including, but not limited to:
• Listing cancellation
• Limits on account privileges
• Account suspension
